General Duties and Responsibilities:

To supervise and care for clients.
Bathing and dressing.
Organize activities such as games and outdoor exercise.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Prepare and serve nutritious snacks/meals.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
Tend to emotional well being of clients.
Assist in personal hygiene such as shaving, shower or bath.
Assist with dressing in appropriate clothes for the season.
To encourage and escort for daily walking exercise.
Escort for medical and other appointments.
To ensure clients eat nutritious food and has plenty to drink.

Elderly care:

To assist clients with their daily chores.
To assist and encourage clients with their indoor daily exercise as directed by the therapist.
Assist clients when they toilet.
To ensure clients have their medicine as directed by the physician or nurse.
Prepare meals for the family.
To give encouragement and company to clients.
Do light housekeeping and laundry, which includes washing, drying, ironing, hanging and folding of clothing and bedding, as needed..
